A New Jersey native,  Donté grew up in a musically influenced household where his parents always gave him the freedom to express himself through any type of art form. It was not until he enrolled in Theatre summer camp at the age of 11 that he fell in love with Musical Theatre. 

Growing up, he looked for every opportunity to dive into creating. Whether it was joining the drama club, doing summer camps, or participating in community theatre throughout central NJ, the stage became his second home. As his passion grew, he decided to attend the University of the Arts Pre-College Musical Theater Intensive in Philadelphia.

In Spring 2017, Donté graduated from the Integrated Musical Theatre Program at the American Musical And Dramatic Academy in New York City and is currently an active student at Lindsay Mendez & Ryan Scott Oliver’s ACTOR THERAPY. Follow him for more adventures at @dontewild on Instagram!
